EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Negotiation and closure of over $22 billion worth of transactions spanning six continents while serving in the following capacities:

  • Solo practitioner supporting corporate, transactional, and dispute resolution matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, project financings, equipment procurement, and construction activities.
  • Vice president and general counsel of publicly-traded group of oilfield services companies. Responsible for all legal affairs (including litigation management, corporate secretarial functions, compliance, insurance procurement and coordination) and lead negotiation responsibilities on acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Sole U.S. division counsel for a privately-held European conglomerate with global responsibility for supporting large-scale electric power plant and refinery project development, construction, financing, and operational issues.
  • Assistant general counsel for significant subsidiaries of U.S. Fortune 500 corporations engaged in electric power plant development, financing, and operations activities on five continents, and related sales of power plant and refinery equipment and systems.
